What You'll Do Here:
- Manage all current and future resident relations such as coordinating requests, understanding rent charges, communicating lease expectations and resolving other resident concerns.
- Engage, contract, supervise and approve invoices for all goods/services required to maintain the property.
- Coordinate collection and documentation of all required fees from current and future residents.
- Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents, vendors, and community members.
- Assist in the development and implementation of budgets, marketing campaigns, business plans and special events.
- Successfully lead on-site maintenance technicians, office staff, and leasing team members.
- Participate in new employee onboarding, training, and employee performance reviews.
- Ensure the property meets company standards relating to curb appeal and cleanliness.
- Assist with annual unit turnover and help execute move-in/move-out procedures.
- Respond to after-hour emergency issues.
The Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Three or more years of experience in property management.
- Experience managing multiple projects and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with a property management software.
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Strong organization, administrative, and communication skills.
Relocation assistance may be available for this position.
Compensation Package: $65,000 - 85,000 base salary (DOE) plus bonus potential.
