Property Manager

A Property Management Company is seeking a Full-Time experienced Property Manager. We are committed to hiring and retaining excellent and skilled employees who are self-motivated, reliable, honest, and take great pride in their work and job performance.

The job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Manages all aspects of assigned community.

• Responsible for leasing units as soon as they are available.

• Schedules, inspects, and arranges apartment maintenance to meet company standards.

• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants and address resident concerns or issues.

• Advertises and markets vacancies to attract tenants.

• Collects rents and handles operating expenses.

• Oversee staff of three and assess performance.

• Processes resident re-certifications in a timely manner.

• Schedules and oversees contract vendors.

• Maintains proper payroll for the property.

• Other duties as assigned.

Experience and/or Qualifications:

• Must fully understand property management and its financial aspects.

• In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management.

• Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software.

• Customer focus and bottom line orientation.

• Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills.

• Well organized with excellent time management skills.

• Section 42 Tax Credit experience is required.

• Highly organized and ability to pay attention to details and deadlines.

• Must provide excellent customer service and be customer focused.
