Community Property Manager
Hallmark Management Inc. is currently looking for a Full-Time Community Manager to join our team! The right candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, have the ability to multi-task, and have the willingness to work fluidly in the oversight and management of multiple properties to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly, accurately, and on time.
Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
- Reliable transportation with proof of insurance
- Clear criminal/driving background
- Drug-Free
- Right to work in the USA
- Exemplary communication skills - Verbally & Written
- 5-Star customer service skills
- Computer literacy with proficient working knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Self-motivated, Self-organized, Self-managed
- Experience & accuracy in data/AP entry using a specific Property Management Software (AppFolio is preferable).
- Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local fair housing regulations
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to keep records and files organized.
- Strong time management with respect for deadlines.
- Ability to identify errors and solve problems.
- Ability to walk for long periods of time, including stairs, in order to perform unit inspections
- Ability to manage maintenance staff with a general working knowledge of maintenance issue resolve
- Property Management, specifically with the LIHTC program, is a strong preference.
- Cannot owe landlords money and must have decent, personal financial ethic.

- Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8-5
