Community Manager
We are excited to hire our next Community Manager- come work for a dynamic team that supports your success!
Duties:
- Manage and maintain positive relationships with community members
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and respond to inquiries and concerns
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of community facilities through the use of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Provide excellent phone etiquette and professional in-person dialogue when interacting with community members and staff
- Assist in negotiating and managing contracts with vendors and service providers
- Maintain organized files and records related to community operations
- Perform administrative tasks in support of accurate records and submit timely reports to Regional Manager.
- Successfully manage staff of 5 through thoughtful deligation, clear communication and positive team building.
- Support the goals of ownership
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a community manager for a Low-Income property required
- Proficiency in using CMMS software is a plus
- Strong office management skills, including organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of facilities management principles and practices
- Ability to negotiate contracts and resolve conflicts effectively
- Strong administrative skills, including filing, record keeping, and data entry
