Purchasing Manager needed:

We seek an experienced Purchasing Manager familiar with the construction of custom residential homes. You should have experience reading blue prints, estimating, change order pricing, tracking work orders and working with construction managers and subcontractors.

Requirements include:

  • Experience in Residential construction
  • Scheduling and expediting skills
  • Organized and dependable
  • Good communications skills
  • Strong customer service attitude
  • Commitment to quality
  • Strong work ethic
  • Four year degree a plus.
