Regional Security Operations Manager

Job Title: Regional Security Operations Manager - Multi-State

Summary:

Join our team as a Regional Security Operations Manager and take charge of elevating operational excellence across multiple states. As a key player in our expansion, you'll oversee day-to-day operations in a designated geographic territory with oversight on client scheduling, client relations, site visits, training, development, payroll, recruiting, and human resources.

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience in security operations
• 4 years of client relations experience
• Extensive travel within the region required (up to 75%)

Essential Functions:

• Manage daily operations across multiple states
• Conduct regular client site visits to maintain strong relationships
• Provide leadership and oversight for off-shifts to ensure adherence to site processes
• Enforce client-specific post orders and procedures through effective communication and training
• Address issues, disciplinary actions, and terminations promptly and professionally
• Maintain open communication with the security team to ensure goal achievement and employee satisfaction
• Regularly visit client locations to ensure alignment with goals and expectations
• Oversee scheduling to ensure full coverage and minimize overtime
• Oversee the team responsible for leading training and development efforts to set up team members for success.
• Provide guidance to the team tasked with developing recruitment strategies to meet organizational needs.
• Supervise the team responsible for building applicant sources through various channels and providing comprehensive information on opportunities and benefits.
