We are seeking a highly organized and detailed oriented registered financial assistant to join a growing Wealth Management Practice. General knowledge of industry investments vehicles, as well as a strong work ethic are required. You will be working hand and hand with other professionals to complete necessary work assignments and provide solutions for existing and prospective clientele.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in data gathering and compilation of financial documents
Research and analysis of current and prospective investments
Manage data, records, and reports by checking for errors and verifying accuracy of information
Processing the movement of funds and equities
Scheduling appointments for new and existing clients
Monitoring and tracking referrals and sales results
Consistent level of competence in following firm compliance procedures and file maintenance
Independently prioritize daily tasks and responsibilities
Provide stellar customer service to our clients and be informed on all company policy and practices including data privacy.
Tracking the onboarding process for new clientele and completion of related tasks
Maintaining records of current progress on case preparation and follow through of all related duties
Preparing sales packages
May act as a back-up for taking and executing unsolicited investment orders directly from clients and/or via toll free number
Position is based in Paramus, NJ. Partial work from home will be available. Please only apply if you are within 50 miles of Paramus, N.J.
Required Qualifications:
Successfully completed FINRA SIE with 6, 63, 65 or 7/66 preferred
Computer knowledge and experience using Microsoft Suite
5 years of brokerage sales support experience

Working knowledge of Emoney financial software package
Working knowledge of Redtail CRM
