A financial services company located at Legacy West in Frisco, Texas is seeking a Sales Development Manager to motivate and lead a Sales Development team in an inbound call center. The Sales Development Manager will be responsible for managing our outbound call strategy along with re-engaging old opportunities to generate meetings for our debt consultants.
Role and Responsibilities
- Coach and motivate the sales development team to exceed monthly goals
- Partner with VP of Sales to hire and retain top sales talent
- Own all outbound sales efforts to Salesforce leads and related technology
- Daily call monitoring and coaching sessions
- Work closely with marketing to maintain an in depth understanding of all marketing campaigns and channels being leveraged to generate leads
- Record all activities and ensure efficient use of Salesforce
Qualification Requirements
- 3 years experience as an individual contributor in an inside sales role
- 2 years experience as a sales development manager or inside sales manager
- Experience managing a remote sales team is a plus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fundamentally sound financial literacy pertaining to personal debt is a plus
- Ability to address conflicts and provide immediate resolutions
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce
- Bachelor’s degree
