Our Senior Living is searching for an Operations Manager to assist the Administrator and Resident Care Director in navigating both the administrative and clinical realms of the facility.

You will manage the operational aspects of the building to contribute to efficient workflow and ensure high resident satisfaction. You must be able to build rapport with staff and provide excellent customer service to residents, visitors and outside vendors.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Performs general customer service duties to ensure resident satisfaction
- Answers questions of residents and families, addresses concerns, problem solves with the management team to create appropriate solutions
- Facility management – serves as primary contact for all operational and functional management of the building
- General knowledge of the building and its functions
- Ensures annual and quarterly inspections of facility systems are conducted per State guidelines and regulations
- Must have (or be able to learn) knowledge of chemicals and equipment necessary to properly clean facility per State infection control guidelines and regulations
- Manages schedule on 7 Shifts
- Performs HR duties including managing all staffing needs such as hiring, orientation, keeping employee files up-to-date
- Conduct tours as needed
