Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and patients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, billing, and managing accounts payable/receivable.
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed.
Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail for proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy.
- Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks.
- Previous experience working in a medical office or dental receptionist role is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective customer support.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an office setting is preferred.
A valid driver's license and clean driving record is a must.
