Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Security Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee security operations and ensure the safety of our premises and personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures
- Manage a team of security staff, including training and scheduling
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the security of the premises
- Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras
- Respond to alarms and security incidents
- Investigate and report any security breaches or incidents
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Handle emergency situations, including providing first aid or CPR if needed
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize risks, perform other job duties as assigned by senior management
Skills:
- Possess a valid security certificate
- Proficient in CCTV monitoring and surveillance techniques
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR procedures
- Strong conflict management skills
- Experience in law enforcement or militarized training is a plus
