A national provider of security services is seeking a qualified Operations Manager to manage operations in the Peoria, IL area. This role will be responsible for providing leadership in the region to include day-to-day operations, customer service, personnel management, security & safety.
Core Responsibilities:
- Supervisory/Leadership functions include overseeing site operations and site security personnel.
- Oversight of employee on-boarding process including new hire interviewing, selection of candidates, training and licensure and new hire paperwork.
- Training staff on software systems, procedural guidelines and company policy.
- Meeting and developing relationships with internal & external customers, addressing complaints and resolving issues as needed.
- Coordinate operational functions such as payroll and billing, accounts receivable aging, staffing, and scheduling.
- Site visits and audits to assure compliance and meet/exceed our commitment.
- Provide a superior level of customer relations/service to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
Requirements for Hire:
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
- 3 or more years of related management experience in the security industry.
- Computer literacy with MS Office.
- Ability to travel and regularly visit all local site locations in and naer Peoria,IL and the surrounding areas.
- Valid driver’s license with clean MVR required.
- Ability to pass criminal background and pre-employment drug screen process.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 per year
