Responsibilities
· Achieve individual and studio sales goal
· Ensures the delivery of exceptional customer service
· Motivate and inspire the team through performance reviews and other methods
· Day to day operations and compliance
· Social media marketing and community outreach
Requirements
Minimum Job Requirements
· Management experience required
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
· Flexible work schedule and the ability to work 40 hours per week
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Job Requirements
· Experience with MindBodyOnline a plus.
