Prominent pool company in business over 26 years in the Lake Norman area is seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented individual.
Job responsibilities include:
- Assessing client’s vision, wants and needs for each project
- Design and redesign projects based on customer vision and budget
- Sell to and communicate with customer throughout design and construction phases
- Sales- including establishing relationships with new leads
- Composing construction documents for project manager
- Bidding work, creating contracts and updating revisions
- Being presentable and having strong verbal and written skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Having reliable transportation
- Having a flexible schedule in order to meet with clients after hours or on weekends as needed
- 40 Hour minimum work week
- Having top notch planning, time management and organizational skills.
