Talent Acquisition Recruiter

OOur company, a leading transportation firm, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter. Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous but not obligatory. This role demands experience in recruitment coupled with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

● Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offering positions.Coordinate the acquisition of driving records.

● Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate monitoring and to dispatch electronic offers.

● Inform candidates about CDL training and liaise with the Safety and Training department for scheduling.

● Cultivate strong relationships with managers and leaders to comprehend current and future staffing needs.

● Collaborate with local, state, for-profit, and nonprofit employment agencies.

● Provide regular updates and reports on recruiting activities to management.

● Support candidates through onboarding, training, and initial employment.

Requirements:

● 2-4 years of HR/recruitment experience.

● Spanish fluency (optional).

● Proficiency in recruiting metrics for informed decision-making.

● Results-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.

● Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work autonomously.

● Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

● Experience in talent pipeline development and candidate sourcing.

● Familiarity with Video Meeting Tools and Applicant Tracking/HR Systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
