Technical Designer/Drafter

The responsibilities of this fast-paced role include:

· Creating accurate and compelling 2-D and 3-D designs in AutoCAD and other design software based on client requests

· Calculating content details and pricing for proposal presentations

· Interpreting third party sketches and drawings in developing proposal content creation

· Utilizing an expansive design library as part of the creative and technical process

· Responding to client inquiries related to design intent and construction details

· Preparing downstream project/manufacturing documentation for fabrication team in multiple formats

· Working within our CRM system to ensure seamless communication and client responsiveness

· Pivoting from one project to another quickly and accurately

· Collaborating with team members on a high variety of projects

Qualified candidates should possess these qualifications:

· High level of reading/understanding/executing interpretation architectural drawings/blueprints/sketches

· Proficiency in AutoCAD 2d, with working knowledge of 3d

· Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel

· Team player who enjoys collaboration and learning new things

· Ability to break drawings into parts and pieces to quantify, price and execute deliverables for production

· Thrives in a fast-paced environment with high expectations for quality work

· Self-directed once training and education is provided

· Methodical and diligent work habits that produce accurate results

· Ability to review and evaluate multiple documents at the same time as part of daily tasks

· Strong work ethic and inclination to complete quality projects on tight deadline

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
