Handle conflict management situations professionally and calmly
After hours and weekends will be required
Experience:
Experience in the automotive industry or hospitality field is preferred
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
Computer knowledge - Must have the ability to enter vehicle information into our software for dispatch to the towing team
Proven work history
Must be dependable
Valid drivers license and insurance is a must
