What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Lead position at Confidential?
A Warehouse Lead works with facility management to ensure assigned personnel work toward common goals. This is accomplished through training personnel, conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures, and ensuring production goals are achieved. We are looking for experience in management, training, and supervising. Must be able to lift 75 lbs
Requirements:
- Maintain accurate count of inventory.
- Ensure daily work assignments clearly defined to the team in order to meet production goals.
- Prepare reports and paperwork; corrects discrepancies.
- Works closely with location management to ensure safety compliance.
- Advise site management of operations or safety training requirements.
- Assist management in ensuring compliance of Policies and Procedures.
- Responsible for specific work area setup and shift transition.
- Good leadership background
- Must be able to stand up to 8 hours a day
- Must pass a 4-panel drug test
Work Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 5:00 am to 1:30 pm (Monday - Friday)
- Overtime requirements are mandatory and can fluctuate based on need.
