What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Supervisor position at Confidential?
We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. Must be organized as well as reliable. Fork Lift experience is a major plus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a crew 3-5 warehouse employees. Delegating work to them and keeping them busy through out the day.
- Load and Unload trucks
- Maintain organization of warehouse
- Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
- Communicate job expectations and coach employees
- Communicate accurate "on the ground" inventory levels to office staff when needed.
- Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
