What Will You Do?:The Role:Responsible for system monitoring, maintenance, and support of all networked software and operating systems. Will provide end-user support and troubleshooting of applications and software. This role pays $22/hr -$26/hr! We also offer great benefits, 401k and PTO!
*Essential Duties & Responsibilities*
- Serve as point of contact within the IT Operations to provide technical support to end-users
- Help users on a day-to-day basis with IT related issues
- Repair and troubleshoot PCs
- Troubleshoot software and network issues
- Troubleshoot basic Active Directory/Window Domain issues
- Perform proactive maintenance in PCs and Printers
- Configure and install PCs, printers, and scanners
- Perform first level problem determination and resolution
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate team members
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding issues and update users on the current status
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Consistently meet or exceed requirements/performance criteria
- Computer repair and troubleshooting
The Perfect Match!:*Qualifications and Education Requirements*
- Field Technician experience
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Cisco and Networking experience
- Basic Microsoft Windows/Microsoft Office environment
- Experience with Asset Management and ITSM Platforms
- Excellent attitude and interpersonal skills
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of personnel
- Detail and customer service oriented
- Problem-solving skills to resolve issues
- Must be willing to work outside normal business hours as needed
- Must have strong Microsoft Windows 10 hands-on experience
- English fluency
Preferred Skills
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
- Citrix experience
