Purpose
Perform all functions required with obtaining the initial license and subsequent license renewals for Sales Employees within the organization
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Reviews documents submitted by Sales Employees to ensure they are completed correctly
Communicates directly with Sales Employees as needed to answer questions and provide guidance on completing forms
Tracks license progress for aligned Sales Employees
Ensure the timely submission of materials to state agencies in order to obtain license promptly and efficiently
Assign pre-licensing or continuing education courses for Sales Employees
Maintain records, compiles information, and submits the necessary forms in order to keep Sales Employees licensed
Demonstate professional demeanor via telephone and email
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Two-year college degree or equivalent work experience required
0 - 1 year of prior licensing experience
Client file management skills
Proficient in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
General database navigation skills
Effective interpersonal and team working skills
Must be well organized and able to manage competing priorities
Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
Preferred Skills
Four-year college degree
Prior experience working in team environment
