Position: Fleet Supervisor
Location: San Bernardino, CA
Priority Ambulance and CONFIRE, a Joint Power Authority, formed by nine-member fire agencies in San Bernardino County, are parties to a public-private partnership that will provide emergency and non-emergency ambulance services in portions of San Bernardino County, California. Together Priority Ambulance and CONFIRE were selected to provide emergency and non-emergency ambulance services in portions of San Bernardino County, California.
Priority Ambulance will work directly with CONFIRE EMS-MOBILE HEALTH (CONFIRE EMS), a division of CONFIRE. Our mission is to provide a holistic approach to emergency medicine, including emergency medical ground ambulance transportation, 9-1-1, interfacility, and critical care transportation.
Priority Ambulance is currently recruiting for a Fleet Supervisor to join the Priority Ambulance and CONFIRE EMS team.

Job Summary
The Fleet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the completion of all automotive repairs, adjustments, preventive maintenance service, and checks of vehicles according to prescribed PM Policies and Procedures. The Fleet Supervisor will also be responsible for accurate record keeping of all services and repairs completed. Experience with Fleetio is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the completion of all automotive repairs, adjustments, preventive maintenance service, and checks of vehicles according to prescribed PM Policies and Procedures
- Ensure accurate record keeping of all services and repairs completed
- Manage and supervise a team of mechanics and technicians
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
- Monitor and maintain inventory of parts and supplies
- Provide training and guidance to mechanics and technicians
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet maintenance and repair
- Experience with Fleetio is a plus
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license
Salary Range: $70,000 - $73,000
