Key Responsibilities
SAP APO / IBP System Maintenance:
Coordinate with the master data team to define and set up master data parameters required for planning in SAP APO / IBP.
Supply Planning
Manage and coordinate supply chain activities to maintain reliable product supply to markets in line with client objectives, customer service levels, and inventory management targets.
RCCP & Capacity Review
Prepare rough cut capacity projections for assigned resources (assets); collaborate with the Site Planning Team to address capacity balance trade-offs for ensuring optimal supply performance.
Supply Management
Review high-level supply requirements across the planning horizon and prioritize orders based on market inventory position, SKU segmentation, and production strategy. Identify proposed changes and escalate urgent issues to the Site Planner.
Supply Governance
Conduct weekly meetings with the Site Planner to discuss priorities, monitor schedule adherence, and control any disruptions. Develop and update monthly and annual production volume plans for manufacturing sites regularly.
Data Analytics
Utilize available BI reports and analytical tools to track supply performance metrics, analyze demand-supply changes, conduct scenario analysis, and provide solutions to mitigate supply risks effectively.
Data Visualization
Create visual representations of supply performance and optimal supply solutions using digital tools like Tableau. Ensure data alignment between SAP and BI reports and rectify data inconsistencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or relevant fields.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with supply chain concepts and their practical application.
- Strong analytical skills for processing and interpreting data to draw meaningful conclusions.
- Ability to build successful working relationships, appreciate diversity, and collaborate effectively.
- Effective communication skills for clear information exchange, questioning, and ensuring comprehension.
- Proficiency in influencing and negotiation to work with cross-functional teams and engage key stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's in pharma / supply chain / logistics.
- Relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Exposure to advanced analytics such as predictive modeling and algorithm planning.
- Familiarity with Tableau or other BI tools.
