Job Description


Job Title: Enterprise and Strategic Renewals Manager

Locations: Remote US

Reports to: Director, Enterprise and Strategic Renewals


A quick snapshot…


The Renewal Manager will be responsible for North America Enterprise and Strategic renewals. Your primary focus will be managing client renewals to maximize retention, identify expansion opportunities, and drive a high degree of customer satisfaction. You will actively engage with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements and uncover roadblocks to ensure on-time commitments. As a renewal manager you will be responsible for meeting weekly goals, and established metrics. You will maintain and report an accurate rolling 90-day forecast of renewals in your territory/portfolio.

The Renewals team is an integral part of Conga's success partnering with customers and internal stakeholders such as Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Finance & Legal to ensure Conga customers are set up for continued success. This role is responsible for its own individual quota where you’ll develop a playbook for renewal engagement and maximizing revenue retention.

Proven track record.
You have at least 5 years of experience working in Enterprise and Strategic renewals, preferably within an Enterprise SaaS organization. You have a consistent track record of overachieving quota and revenue goals.


Drive & Desire.
You have the ability to successfully leverage all resources. You have a strong sales acumen with an operational mindset and can scale between the daily renewal pipeline management and running strategic initiatives to improve your portfolio. You are self-motivated and have a strong desire to succeed.


Initiative.
You don’t wait around for things to happen or for your manager to tell you what to do. You’re not only proactive about completing your own work, but you are not shy about pulling in the necessary resources to help you achieve your goals and desired outcomes.

Let’s face it, understanding Revenue Lifecycle Management software (CPQ & CLM) and/or Salesforce platform would allow you to hit the ground running.

Compensation...


In the spirit of the Conga Way, we strive to design easy-to-understand compensation programs that are fair and free from any type of discrimination. In keeping with this approach, we are committed to delivering competitive compensation and benefits packages to our colleagues worldwide and communicating transparently about the structure of our compensation programs.


The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $121,460 - $195,969. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, or training. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a variable incentive pay component, perks such as flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance.


The posted salary ranges are for the expectations outlined in the job description. We are often open to a wide variety of profiles and sometimes have flexibility within our organizational structure to adjust the role responsibilities up or down should we select a candidate that is less or more experienced than the posted job requirements. In these occasional cases, we will communicate the revised salary range to the candidate during the selection process.
