Job Description
Review & record credit card transactions to accurate GL accounts for multiple brands.
Review & identify discrepancies on a weekly/ bi-weekly basis to ensure data recorded accurately.
Daily manual uploads of transactions into accounting software – QuickBooks & NetSuite.
Work with internal teams to gather support for credit card charges from internal teams &/ or via tie- outs to monthly statements.
Review current credit card processes & improve or develop new to improve efficiencies.
Assist in month-end & year-end close procedures including reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
1-2 years of experience in an Accounting or related role.
Related Party/ Intercompany experience a plus.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Detail-oriented while working efficiently.
Ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple responsibilities.
Ability to learn new software quickly. NetSuite and QuickBooks experience a plus.
This role is on-site at the headquarters in Louisville, Kentucky. Remote candidates will not be considered.
