Qualifications:

· Administrative Expertise: With a minimum of 3 years' experience in administrative roles, you bring a wealth of expertise in office management and organizational support.

· Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, and ideally Salesforce CRM, you're adept at managing calendars, databases, and various administrative tasks with ease.

· Client-Centric Focus: Your exceptional communication skills and customer service mindset make you a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.

· Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Scheduling: Experience managing a calendar and schedule in a fast-paced office environment. Capable of performing multiple tasks efficiently.

· Able to manage a large volume of financial and operational details associated with office administration.

· Able to think and work independently, and to adapt to change. Self-motivated.

· A fast learner and have a proactive attitude.

· An understanding of the financial services industry and knowledge of financial terminology is preferred.

Responsibilities:

· Client Support: Schedule appointments, manage client databases, and provide direct support to clients, handling inquiries and processing service requests promptly and accurately.

· Administrative Support: Assist with meeting logistics, document preparation and scanning, data entry, and various administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly. This includes new account paperwork, electronic applications, and account transfers. Preparing financial documents for clients and advisors. Mail handling and filing.

· Collaborative Coordination: Interact with team members, home office, investment firms, and vendors to facilitate seamless communication and workflow coordination.

· Complete various projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
