Job Summary: The Salesforce Administrator reports to the Operational Systems application owner and works closely with the Organizational Transformation Team to optimize, refine, and administer the Salesforce instance.
Working alongside Senior Solution Architects and Developers, the Salesforce Administrator will continually improve and enhance the flatform with end-user experience in mind.
Change management and controls governance will be strictly adhered to, ensuring visibility and traceability.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable gathering requirements, defining levels of effort for requests, and providing stakeholders at all levels with routine, timely updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
General
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent. Additional years of direct experience may be an acceptable substitute
- Logical, methodical approach to problem solving
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without limitation
Technical
- Strong Salesforce and/or Sitetracker knowledge with at least 2 years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Trailhead Badges
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops and/or Jira
- Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required
- Experience with Salesfore SalesCloud for CRM / CPQ is preferred but not required
