The Product Manager is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and supporting product management activities for our Biliary portfolio. This role encompasses digital strategy development, market data analysis, product lifecycle management, sales training content creation, customer collateral, and education for products and procedures. Additionally, the Product Manager will provide sales support, engage with key opinion leaders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and launch strategies. What You’ll Do: Digital Strategy: Develop digital campaigns with other Product Managers to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. Utilize graphic design skills for creative messaging and digital assets. Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing Communications team to manage and execute digital projects and campaigns. Outline messaging for digital activities and support content layout. Market Research and Portfolio Support: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape. Use advanced data analytics to derive insights and optimize product positioning and messaging. Monitor and analyze product performance, including sales metrics, customer feedback, and market trends. Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps based on market insights. Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including pricing strategies and product discontinuation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products or enhance existing ones. Manage the product development process from concept to commercialization and develop go-to-market strategies. Engage with key opinion leaders, clinicians, and sales team members to understand their needs and collect feedback. Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop marketing collateral and sales tools. Support sales teams with product training and education. What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. MBA is preferred. 3 - 5 years related experience in successful marketing or sales roles in the medical device industry. Ability to meet with customers at hospitals and to be a member of a credentialing agency. Ability to lead and contribute to interdisciplinary teams with demonstrated results. Proven ability to execute projects within timeline and budget. Demonstrated strong organizational and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to build relationships with sales teams and physicians. Thorough knowledge of relevant anatomy, surgical procedures, and clinical needs. Endoscopy procedure knowledge a plus! Thorough knowledge of surgeon and sales education process. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Disclosure as required by applicable law, the annual salary range for this position is $90,000 to $145,000. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education and skill level.
