Full Time Executive Assistant (MANUFACTURING) Job Description
The Executive Assistant (MANUFACTURING) is responsible for providing administrative support to the President and other senior executives of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing and industrial machinery, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the President and other senior executives, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, preparing presentations, and responding to emails and phone calls
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports
- Maintain files and records
- Provide customer service to internal and external clients
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
