Project Manager

As an Estimator/Project Manager, your duties will, at a minimum, include the following on projects assigned to you:

- Responsible for takeoffs, estimating and submission of bids for projects we are interested in obtaining.

- Responsible for contract negotiation of projects.

- Responsible for the overall successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of projects.

- Responsible for professional interaction with other project managers, employees, owners, contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers and other outside vendors.

- Responsible for distributing resources among various projects.

- Responsible for keeping the project on schedule and in budget.

- Responsible for accurately invoicing for work we have completed.

- Responsible for approving invoices received from vendors.

- Responsible for the accuracy and approval of all timesheets.

- Responsible for the accurate reporting and documentation on all aspects of the project.

- Responsible for jobsite visits to ensure the project is progressing in the correct manner.

- Responsible for reviewing cost reports to determine the financial status of your projects.

- Responsible for evaluating issues and risks on the project and implementing the best solution to take care of the issue and/or minimize the risk.

- Responsible for the safe construction of any/all of the projects you may represent us on and watch over and ensure the safety of all employees on the project.

- Responsible for compliance with Missouri One Call.

In addition to your project related duties:

- You will be expected to be active in associations which are deemed important to the interests of the Company.

- You will be expected to participate in continuing education/professional development which is deemed important to the Company.

Compensation and Benefits for this position includes:

- Eighty(80) hours of paid time off per year. PTO does not carry over.

- Paid sick time will accumulate to a maximum of Forty-Eight(48) per year. Sick time does carry over to a maximum of 480 hours.

- Seven paid days of holiday pay are provided each year.

- 401(k) retirement plan. The Company will match sixty-five(65%) percent up to ten(10%) of your wages.

- A Company cell phone/iPad will be provided to you which you may use for personal use as well.

- A Company vehicle will be provided. This vehicle is intended mainly for Company use, but personal use is allowed as long as it is not excessive.

- Generally, your work hours will be 7:00am to 5:30pm, but flexible work hours are available. As long as the work is being completed and management is aware of your availability, we will work with you when the need arises to adjust the hours.

As Estimator/Project Manager, you will be on call 24/7/365 unless you have scheduled time off and other on call arrangements have been approved.
