Connect Staffing is looking for an experience Shop Helper for a frac equipment refurbishing company in Plantersville, Texas
Schedule: Monday – Friday and occasional Saturdays 6:30AM - 6:00 PM
Shop helper requirements:
- Must be willing to learn and have great attention to detail
- Previous machine operating, production, sandblaster, and warehouse experience in a manufacturing facility is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy equipment, bend, and stand or walk for long periods of time

Shop helper responsibilities:
- Operate machinery that grinds, deburrs and polishes metal parts
- Start machinery and adjust machinery when necessary to improve performance
- Operate machinery and equipment according to instructions
- Cleaning material when needed.
- Troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance.
