Connect Staffing is looking for a dedicated Dispatcher to join a leading solar distribution company in North Houston!

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Dispatcher Representative Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years of dispatching experience
• Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen
• Must be able to pay close attention to detail
• Excellent computer and communication skills
• Prior experience in roles such as a Logistics Coordinator, Operations Manager, or a Supply Chain Coordinator is a big plus!

Dispatcher Representative Responsibilities

• Receive and process orders from customers or clients.
• Verify order details, including product availability and shipping requirements.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
• Schedule and dispatch deliveries to ensure on-time service.
• Communicate with transportation providers to manage and track shipments.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Provide information on order status, delivery times, and product availability.
• Prepare and process shipping and delivery documentation, including invoices and packing slips.
• Collaborate with other departments to find solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other software to track orders and manage inventory.
