Connect staffing is looking for Lumpers for a tire distribution company in Carrollton and Dallas area.
Schedule- Monday - Friday, 6am-3:00pm
Requirements for a Lumper:
- 6 months of minimum experience in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to safely lift up to 25lbs.
- Ability to perform rapid physical work.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities of the Lumper:
- Unloading tires from incoming shipments and loading them onto trucks for outgoing deliveries.
- Physically handling tires of various sizes and weights and ensuring they are properly stacked and secured for transport.
- Sort tires based on size, brand, or other criteria and stage them in designated areas within the warehouse for storage or further processing.
- Inspecting tires for damage, defects, or irregularities upon receipt.
