Job Description:
Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and perform treatments as needed
Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Education and Certification Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kentucky
BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience preferred
