Job Description:
Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
Administer medications and treatments.
Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior.
Educate patients and their families on healthcare needs and treatment plans.
Maintain accurate patient medical records.
Education and Certification Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Current Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license.
BLS/CPR certification.
Additional certifications or experience may be required depending on the specific needs of the healthcare facility.
