What are the responsibilities and job description for the Covid Vaccine Team Members position at Connecticut Institute For Communities, Inc.?
The Connecticut Institute For Communities, Inc. (CIFC) / Greater Danbury Community Health Center (GDCHC) is looking to hire multiple full-time and part-time, temporary (long-term) COVID Vaccine Team Members to work with our COVID-19 Vaccine operations. Candidates need to work well in a team, possess excellent listening and attention to detail skills, be willing to be cross trained. Duties include collecting demographic information, registering patients, booking appointments, documenting patient data in an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, answering and documenting phone calls, and patient escorting. Candidates must have excellent phone, communication and computer skills, as well as be highly detail oriented. (Flexibility a must, likely to include some weekends.)
Requirements: Minimum High School Diploma, AA preferred, previous medical office experience preferred. Applicants with multiple language capabilities (English, Spanish, and/or Portuguese) are preferred.
