**Job Summary:**
Connecticut Nursing Services, a trusted leader in home care services, is looking for an innovative Field Coordinator to enhance our brand and expand our reach. This role is crucial in shaping our marketing strategies to ensure the best possible care for our community's elderly and disabled populations.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Field Coordinator to join our team. The Field Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various field operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in project execution.
Responsibilities:
- A warm, trusting and welcoming personality that encourages relationship building
- Communicates effectively about new opportunities, services issues and other issues that affect the company
- Qualify Referral Sources and prospective clients
- Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries
- Demonstrate a “can do” attitude and practice patient persistence
- Manage, plan and prioritize work time and personal sales activities
- Ability to drive revenue and meet sales goals
- Familiar with and have a tolerance for some in person cold calling
- Professional attitude with creative conflict resolution skills
- Good interpersonal skills including the ability to interact with referral sources, clients and other employees
- Familiar with Networking and Referral Marketing
- Comfortable closing on sales leads and directing referrals
- Strong presentation skills
Enthusiastically research and identify additional sources for client referrals
- Comfortable with small event coordination
- Occasional Public Speaking in small groups
- Ability to bounce back from and handle some rejection well
- Results Oriented
The ability to exercise initiative and carry out instructions from supervisor
- Competitive and driven to meet and exceed sales goals
- Ability to use technology such as e-mail, the internet, SMS, etc. to document services delivered
- Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and accurately follow through on work activities to meet deadlines as well as to work independently with a minimum amount of direction and/or supervision
- Understand and follow policies and procedures and other duties as required by management
Requirements:
- Proven marketing leadership experience, ideally in the healthcare or home care industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, including digital marketing and public relations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills.
- Deep compassion for and commitment to the health and well-being of elderly and disabled clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to promote comprehensive home care services.
