Job Description:

We are currently seeking a hands-on Fine Dining Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, extensive experience in front-of-house management within a fine dining hotel setting, and possess a deep understanding of bar operations.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling: Efficiently manage staff schedules to ensure smooth operations and optimal coverage during peak hours.
• Recruiting, Hiring, and Training: Take a proactive approach to staff management by recruiting, hiring, and training talented individuals who embody our commitment to excellence in service.
• Collaboration with Chef: Work closely with our culinary team to assist in developing daily specials and maintaining consistency in menu offerings.
• Bar Knowledge: Demonstrate proficiency in bar operations, including inventory management, cocktail preparation, and adherence to responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Customer Service: Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service, fostering a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Operational Efficiency: Implement strategies to optimize restaurant efficiency, minimize waste, and enhance overall profitability.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of front-of-house management experience in a fine dining hotel setting.
• Proven track record of success in restaurant operations, with a focus on delivering superior guest experiences.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively motivate and mentor team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
• Knowledge of bar operations, including cocktail preparation, wine service, and inventory management.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
