Connection has a fantastic opportunity for a contract IT Help Desk/Vendor Management Agent. This is for one of our larger industrial products clients in Marlette, Michigan. This role will be full time, M-F and 100% onsite. No travel will be anticipated and local candidates to the Marlette area are strongly desired.

The IT Help Desk/Vendor Management Agent will be responsible for tier 1 functions, supporting onsite and remote users.
Responsibilities:
The IT Help Desk/Vendor Management Agent will be responsible for tier 1 functions, supporting onsite and remote users.
Responsibilities:
- 80% of the job will be IT help desk support, 20% of the job will be vendor management.
- Provide end-user support (CPU's, printers, etc.)
- Work in Active Directory, Windows 10, 11, and MAC.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of IT experience
- Experience working with Windows 7-10, Active Directory is a must
- Networking experience. lps work.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work professionally within a team environment.
