This project entails connecting approximately 70-80 users, who currently have Entra IDs but are not connected to our domain, to Azure Active Directory. - Guide users through connecting their Entra IDs and devices to our domain in Azure Active Directory.
- Provide desktop support to ensure seamless integration and troubleshoot any connectivity issues.
- Document user interactions and resolutions to maintain clear records of progress.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of standardized processes for user account setup and migration.

Qualifications
Skills:
- Proven experience and proficiency with Azure Active Directory, including user and group management, device registration, and integration.
- Strong desktop support skills, with the ability to configure and troubleshoot devices within a domain environment.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a patient and empathetic approach to guiding users through technical processes.
- Ability to follow and contribute to the development of standardized, repeatable processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring thorough documentation of user interactions and technical solutions.
- Certification in Azure Active Directory or related Microsoft technologies is a plus.
- Prior experience in a similar role involving user account setup or migration projects.
- This is a temporary project-based role with the possibility of extension based on project needs.
- Training on specific processes will be provided; however, a foundational understanding of Azure Active Directory and Desktop Support is required.
