The Senior Associate, Corporate Strategy is a critical team member responsible for driving and coordinating multiple cross-functional work streams to deliver results on key strategic initiatives, to improve critical business processes, and to achieve strategic objectives with a sense of urgency. The Senior Associate, Corporate Strategy is focused on leading projects and managing priorities and stakeholders to drive the on time and on budget delivery of solutions and help to ensure the continued improvement and growth of the Connections Health Solutions organization and the delivery of crisis behavioral health services.
Responsibilities
- Leads the collaboration with department leaders to define, develop, and execute projects and ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic priorities and initiatives
- Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project(s) to ensure that goals or objectives of the project are accomplished within prescribed time frames and funding parameters
- Drives project planning and project management activities including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and documenting and tracking deliverables
- Conducts quantitative analyses, market research, and other analytical activities in support of strategic initiatives
- Develops and maintains project budgets through financial analysis, risk mitigation, and resource allocation
- Creates, updates, and reports on project plans, including task status, areas of vulnerability and critical issues and concerns
- Develops, updates, and maintains project management tools and templates
- Monitors and adheres to all current as well as new/changing regulatory and compliance related rules and criteria which may impact project objectives, goals, progress and/or timelines and makes project adjustments as required
- Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, health care, management, or related business field
- 4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate development or program/project management
- Demonstrated excellence in project management along with extensive planning, analytical, and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and experience working with both internal as well as external customers and clients
- Proven ability to deliver measurable results on individual business projects/programs
- Ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with key stakeholders
- Ability to work well in a cross-functional matrix management environment with a highly collaborative, team-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Proficient skills using project management software, such as monday.com, Microsoft Project, etc.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:
