Location: Nebraska (sign on and relo packages available)
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: 40 hours per week; 5 days per week, varies with support call
About Us: ConnectWork has been asked to find a new Manager for the Cardiac Cath Lab. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced manager to lead and manage the daily operations of our Cardiac Cath Lab (CCL). This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in enhancing our cardiac services and ensuring the highest level of patient care.
Job Description: As the Cardiac Cath Lab Manager you will be responsible for the daily operations of the Cardiac Cath Lab and the establishment and transition of the CCL program to the Comprehensive Cardiac Center (CCH).
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the Cardiac Cath Lab
- Recruit, train, and oversee RNs and CV Techs in collaboration with the HR department
- Establish and transition the CCL program to the Comprehensive Cardiac Center (CCH)
- Maintain the call schedule to support the STEMI program
- Ensure appropriate staffing, supplies, and equipment to meet business and patient needs
- Collaborate and communicate with the Director of Surgical Services, cardiologists, and other departments to maximize departmental efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
- 3 years of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab (CCL) preferred or the ability to attain clinical competency skills
- 1 year of leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse team and maintain a patient-centered approach
