About the Role:
Due to the rapid growth and expansion of our business, we have an exciting opportunity available on our Program Management Team in Germany. The Senior Project Manager reports to the Senior Director, Program Management and leads a variety of product development and business initiatives, playing an integral role in all aspects of the software development life cycle. In this role, you will partner closely with our Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data and Business teams to build a best-in-class solutions and resolve challenges. This is a highly visible role where you will have the opportunity to grow your skills, make a direct impact to the business, and oversee a number of projects across our different business lines and products.

You'll manage enterprise-level programs and/or multiple projects within each product line (Connexity, Skimlinks, ShopYourLikes), while having responsibility for developing a consolidated view of the program. Program deliverables include: schedules, cross-project dependencies, risk analysis, stakeholder coordination, and regular communication of status.
We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic along with excellent analytical and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be someone who is creative, a self-starter, team player, with strong project management skills, and comfortable in their communication to both technical, and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects throughout entire development lifecycle: concept, design, production, testing, and release of projects
• Partner with engineering & business team to define timelines and milestones for technology projects
• Communicate and own project schedule throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage projects efficiently across multiple divisions and time zones
• Drive innovation through contribution and sound judgment within the engineering teams
• Stand at the intersection of the engineering and product teams, and be a true business partner to all organizations
• Facilitating the AGILE process so priorities are met, while focusing, empowering, and coaching your teams to success
• Communicate with fellow project managers, engineering teams, & business partners regarding project risks or changes in scope and timing
• Resolve obstacles through strong internal partnerships, clear plans of action, and creative problem-solving
