BROKER SPECIALIST
Pay: $12.00/hour Performance-based tiers!
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
Location: Location will begin in-office, with the option to move to hybrid-remote after meeting the team's Standard of Excellence.
Overview
Broker Specialists manage bills emailed to us by trash brokers and input them into our company software to begin processing. If the bill isn't received within the usual time frame, you are responsible to investigate why it's not there and obtain the bill. You will be the direct contact to answer questions and resolve concerns for the brokers. You will also assist with other team projects and cross team training. Responsibilities
- Manage emails sent by trash brokers to access bills
- Coordinate with brokers to investigate bills that didn't arrive as expected
- Upload bills for processing
- Flex to other team projects and take part in cross team training
- Identify inefficient processes and find innovative solutions
- Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice
Qualifications
- Comfortable adapting to in-house software
- Able to remain composed and positive while working through difficult situations
- Attention to detail
- Able to prioritize your workload to meet deadlines and clients needs
- Adaptability to solve different problems and approach different projects
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
