Overview
Jedi Quality Control Specialists inspect JEDI, our automated billing software, for bills that were not collected in the allotted time. If this problem occurs, you will investigate why the bill wasn't harvested, send an internal maintenance request, and work with IT to fix the problem. If the bill is urgent or the problem cannot be resolved, you are responsible to assign the bill to the appropriate team member for manual processing. Your role plays a key part in avoiding late fees for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Monitor JEDI to make sure it harvest bills in a timely manner
- Work with IT and login manager to fix problems and set up JEDI to harvest effectively
- Assign bills to be manually processed when JEDI can't be programmed appropriately
- Duties, responsibilities and activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice
Qualifications
- Able to prioritize and manage the workload
- Comfortable learning how to use the in house software
- Self motivated to find the “why” behind the problem.
- Able to work on multiple projects at the same time
- Attention to detail
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication
Salary : $31,500 - $39,900
