What are the responsibilities and job description for the PayOps - Payments & Logins Trainer position at Conservice?
The PayOps - Payments Logins training team is looking for a Trainer! This position would be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training and additional new hire onboarding resources for the Treasury teams. They will collaborate with operations partners, analyze new hire performance data, and continually assess ways to improve the results of the onboarding experience.
The position of Trainer is a leadership role and maintains high standards regarding confidentiality, professionalism, and ownership.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate instruction for new team members including in person/virtual face to face presentations
- Provide daily feedback to new hires regarding their performance/behavior as they ramp up to expectations
- Manage team member compliance with Litmos Certifications including grading assessments
- Maintain and report on new hire performance data as well as analyze that data to identify trends and set goals to improve overall program results
- Design and develop training courses, content, and resources according to department standards and in line with operations Standards of Excellence
- Become a trusted expert on the operational processes of the teams assigned through regular participation in the teams queues/work
- Attend regular training team meetings, including one on ones and check ins with Training Leadership
- Build and maintain productive partnerships with operational leaders through frequent collaboration, needs analysis, and feedback
- Own the new hire onboarding experience and program performance results
- Strong understanding of specified team processes
- Proven proficiency with written and verbal communication methods
- Ability to effectively present information to groups of varying sizes and demographics
- Proven ability to simplify complex processes for the purposes of instruction and learning
- Self-motivated, growth oriented, and adaptable to change
- Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills particularly while working in gray areas with little supervision
- Proven ability to work independently and collaborate with others while keeping aware of and meeting deadlines

Salary : $37,300 - $47,200
