Perform required duties relating to penetrant processing of product.
Primary Responsibilities
- Set up and calibrate equipment such as FPI processing line, PSM-5 panels, and black lights.
- Help conduct tests, interpret, evaluate, and document data in accordance with codes, standards, and other contractual documents.
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities.
- Education: High school Diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Experience: Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Certifications/Licenses: N/A
- Other Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Read. Write legibly. Basic math skills. Good written communication skills. Good verbal communication skills. Good problem-solving skills
- Working Environment: Manufacturing/Factory environment.
- Required PPE: Check for required PPE in areas you may be working in
- Safety Glasses: Needed in all areas of the plant.
- Shoes/Boots: Steel toed needed in all areas of the plant.
