Consonus Healthcare provides Rehabilitation and Pharmacy services to long-term care facilities (SNFs, ALFs, and CCRCs). Based in Portland, Oregon we operate as a subsidiary of Marquis Companies and have been in business since 1989.
The CRM Admin/Trade Show Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to provide support to the Sales team by ensuring accuracy in the CRM database with follow through in planning and executing everything needed for trade shows throughout the year. This is a fully in-office role where you can collaborate with various departments and key leaders.
Job Responsibilities & Essential Tasks
- Understands the enterprise strategies around CRM structure and controls to maintain data integrity. This includes following established workflows and having basic understanding of the different ways that CRM data is used across the business lines.
- Provides assistance in navigating CRM for sales, marketing and other business lines as appropriate.
- Works collaboratively with other business lines and support departments to assist work products that support enterprise strategy.
- Participates in annual trade show planning, tracks all details in a shared calendar, and sends out calendar invites/updates to defined Marquis/Consonus personnel.
- Works with Marketing to ensure trusted advisor dates are identified and communicated to appropriate Consonus personnel.
- Work directly with trade associations and the VP of Sales to coordinate yearly dues payments, registrations for tradeshows and ensures any addition promotional opportunities are distributed to leadership.
- Work with Sales personnel to ensure Trade Show booths are organized and properly stocked.
- Assists as requested with travel/entertainment logistics revolving around tradeshows.
- Strong clerical and communication skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point, Salesforce or other CRM platform
- Ability to meet deadlines and work on a variety of projects at once
- Previous experience in a professionally supportive role
