Reporting to the Contract Coordinator Manager, you will be responsible for many aspects of contract and subcontract development and related contract coordination.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute contract documents, addendums, and other documentation
- Prepare and coordinate subconsultant contracts and related task orders and amendments
- Set up and maintain client, contract, project, and sub-consultant files – electronic and physical
- Coordinate receipt, signing, returning, and reviewing of client agreements
- Assist with annual insurance renewal applications
- Coordinate project insurance certificates
- Other responsibilities as requested by manager
Required Credentials
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or Paralegal studies a plus
- Three (3) years contract/subcontract experience required
- Contract processing in a professional services environment preferred
- Current Notary license or willingness to obtain Notary license within first 6 months of employment
- A/E/C experience a plus
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Adobe Suite
- DocuSign CLM or other CLM Platforms
