Consor is seeking a Resident Engineer, to join our Team to provide project leadership in support of a growing PMCM practice. The position will be located in Santa Clara, CA. Salary Range: $140,000 to $175,000/year
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Growing and enhancing our capabilities to support the administration of complex construction management projects
- Providing and delivering project and construction management services
- Providing a business development supporting role with Opportunity pursuit strategies, teaming strategies, development of statements of qualifications (SOQs) and cultivating client relationships for new pursuits.
- Developing project proposals, scopes, schedules, and budgets.

Required Credentials
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in civil, construction management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in transportation engineering and/or construction management in roads & bridges.
- Proven track record in client account management, relationship development, and supervision of field and office staff.
- Experience in the full spectrum of consulting service including positioning, proposal development and delivery of project scope.
- Must be a self-starter with demonstrated ability to solve complex construction conflicts.
- Demonstrated Resident Engineer skills and the ability to lead, train and mentor junior staff.
- Ability to communicate with clients and maintain successful client relations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budget, schedule, and construction quality assurance/control teams.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Active California State Professional Engineer
Salary : $140,000 - $175,000
